Shaina Gardner joined the staff in 2015 and is an Assistant Pastor. She is responsible for cultivating, strengthening, and supporting healthy relationships between members, regular attenders, and visitors that glorify Jesus and foster a greater sense of belonging and involvement. Pastor Gardner also plays a key role in the coordination and management of the Harvest’s core events, website content and social media platforms. In addition, she provides administrative and ministerial support to the executive team and oversees several ministries. Prior to her ordination, she served the Harvest as the Community Life Coordinator and then as the Community Life Director.

Pastor Gardner received her BA in Sociology from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is currently pursuing her MA in Biblical Studies from Moody Theological Seminary. Pastor Shaina Gardner is married to Pastor Justin Gardner and they currently reside in Commerce City, CO.
