We invite you to join us for an all day Shavuot celebration at Denver's Central Park!
Shavuot, also known as Pentecost, commemorates the giving of the Torah on Mt. Sinai and the giving of the Holy Spirit as was recorded in Acts Chapter 2.
This festival is one of the three Biblical pilgrimage festivals and marks the conclusion of the Counting of the Omer, the fifty-day count beginning on the day after the Sabbath following Passover. This counting is understood to express anticipation and desire for the receiving of the Torah and the Holy Spirit. Starting at 10:00 AM we will be gathering together for some awesome praise and worship music provided by REMNANT, followed by some great biblical teaching from Pastor Norm Franz 1 (Ascension Ministries), Rabbi Burt Yellin 2 (Roeh Israel), Rabbi Chaim Urbach 3 (Yeshuat Tsion), Dr. Hélène Dallaire 4 (Denver Seminary), Pastor Del Philips 5 (The House Worship Center), and Pastor Mark McLellan 6 (The Harvest). Also enjoy festive dancing led by the Celebration Dance Team (The Harvest) and receive individual prayer as the Lord leads you. And of course, we will be feasting! Hot BBQ Brisket Sandwiches will be available while supplies last! We encourage you to bring a picnic, lawn chairs, canopies and blankets for the day for all of your family and friends.  Torah Time For Kidz!
Children are a blessing from God and are abundant in number at The
Harvest! On Shabbat, children’s Torah classes are provided for 3-11
year olds and on Monday Night Live for 5-11 year olds. All our
children’s classes are free and open to everyone attending Shabbat
Service or Monday Night Live.
